Families with children ages 5-12 are invited to learn about painter, musician and baseball player Romare Bearden at May's art workshop. Led by Fremont School Visual Arts Teacher Stacy Sims, participants will learn about this fascinating artist, listen to some jazz and use collage to tell a special story from their lives. Admission to the workshop is free with museum admission: $5 adults; $2.50 seniors and youth, 10-17; and children under 10 are free with an adult. All materials will be supplied by the museum.
