Reception + Gallery Talk

Come celebrate the opening of the Japanese Woodblock Prints exhibition on the 3rd Thursday evening in August. This special evening event will include light refreshmentsand a special presentation by Guest Curator John Listopad.

Dr. Listopad received his Ph.D in art history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and has recently taught a number of art classes at CSU Sacramento. Prior to teaching full time, he was the curator responsible for Southeast Asian and Himalayan art at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and curator of Asian art at the Stanford University Museum and lecturer in the Stanford University art department.

Art Adventures workshop

Longtime San Joaquin Delta College art teacher Patricia Nakamura will lead this 2nd Saturday for Families art workshop. The hands-on project will connect to the Japanese Woodblock Prints exhibition.
